Love is total acceptance of what is

Today, I read a quote that rocked my world.

"Love has no opposite. Love is total acceptance of what is." - Mastin Kipp

This really blew my mind.

I love unconditionally. But I have always said the opposite of love is fear.

Now Mastin says that there IS no opposite of love.

And boy did that ring true.

The opposite of love is denying what is really happening. It is fantasy. It is living in the future. Living the past. Living anywhere but here.

Be honest. Be open.

Embrace the now. Embrace the truth. Embrace the you, your family, your friends, your partner, the world.

Love IS what is.

Be that love.
